Christmas Returns
We are extending our returns policy over the Christmas period. Any goods delivered before Christmas Day can be returned until the end of January (29/01/10). However, all other aspects of the returns policy remain unchanged, including the requirement to notify us before returning an item, and that the items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Opening Hours for Customer Service
Normal working hours apply until Christmas Eve. Closed from Christmas Day to 28th December. We will re-open with normal working hours from 29th December to 31st December. Closed 1st January, and then open from 4th January where normal service will resume.
