Faldo Series Extends Deadlines

If you are an aspiring young golfer then you definitely will have heard of the Faldo Series. A tournament which was set up and is hosted by Nick Faldo.

The Faldo series will attract in excess of 5000 boys and girls aged between 12 and 21 and will compromise of 230 events in 25 countries. The winners from each of the qualifying events will be invited to compete in either the Faldo Series Grand Final in Europe of the Faldo Series Asia. This year the grand final will take place at the Faldo course in the Lough Erne Resort in Northern Island.

Rio de Janeiro hosted last year’s final and was won by English born Jonathan Bell. He managed to post rounds of 69,70,73 and a four under par to make an aggregate of 212.

This year’s championships will be placed at the following venues.
