With only a few months to go until the Abu Dhabi Junior Golf Championship, the competition is hotting up for the qualifying positions in both the boys and girls junior categories.

The completion is open to all junior golfers under the age of 18 at the beginning of the year with a handicap of 28 or less if you are a boy and 38 or less if you are a girl.

Qualifying events have been held throughout the country and the results entered into a national leader board, from which the top nine junior boys will be selected and the top seven junior girls.

The other three places on the tournament for the boys will be made up of last year’s winner Chris Lloyd, plus one UK sponsors invite and one UAE sponsors invite. The last two spaces for the girls will be made up of Alexandra Peters, last year’s winner as well as one sponsors invite.
